This is an adorable animal mask from the Bambara / Bamana people of Mali. Super stylised form. Classic aggregation of abstracted shapes. The patina has a rich chocolatey brown satin sheen. The back is clean. In good condition. Height of mask approx 30 cm. Its unlikely that this mask has been tribally used.. Stand not included.
